i can't help you i'm not the admin, i know that the faucet has issues since the beginning you just have to be persistent with the admin to help you solve the issue. It seems that your browser shuts off due to pop ups/redirects.
I suggest you to use firefox. Firefox shouldnt close .
Chrome has the tendency to use some kind of incorporated adblocker even if you don't set such thing.

I am not using any bots -- plz help me - All faucets working except this one -- I received two payouts so far -- if I had used bots then they will not allow me to generate third payouts.

I have opened this site -- when I try to enter my address pop ups redirects and it closes -- before it was two to 3 pop ups - now its 1 pop up and closes

Send them a PM with the issue and your btc address to check maybe you've got blocked by mistake as a bot and also post here that you've sent them a PM and you are waiting a reply on PM . How to send a PM ? click on the avatar name and scroll down to find " Send this member a personal message. " write the name of the subject and compose your message. And for your reply on pm ,might take even 3 days.
In the meantime try Mozilla Firefox . I just logged with firefox and everything is ok.

Payments are 100% that's not an issue. Issue is with website - login not happening for me  its almost 3 days

i did authenticated with google for the future auto withdrawals and i will announce my referrals on my topic from a local forum about this important update along with my proof that i got paid and faucetgo still pays.

One of the most important aspect of running this faucet is fighting the bots, it is not easy as it seems. For the time being we will be using Google sign in as a requirement for automatic withdrawal. I'll add more options soon if this isn't convenient enough. I have put the information on the faucet page, as well as putting back +20% launching bonus.

really nice post - but a lot of ppl here around they do calculate there first week rewards into a fix income - and than if the opening (special) Bonus is gone and the payout table is adjusted they screaming.

Ok guys, just wanted to tell everyone here to just relax. Am a new user myself but have sufficient faucet experience to understand that this faucet is still one of the better ones out there.

First of all, thanks to admin for the faucet: it has paid me for 4 Sundays without fail. That is first and most important thing to note about this faucet which I hope everyone pays attention to.

I'll comment against issues brought up by users here, and some recommendation to admin perhaps he/she can take into consideration.

1. LOWERED CLAIMS
If anyone had paid any attention to the launch (pls read the first pages of this thread), then understand that the Special Bonuses were launch events. The faucet owner wanted to promote the site and used big bonuses to attract users. It was made very clear that this was temporary! Nevertheless, faucet bonuses are still good and I am happy with them.

2. LOST CONSECUTIVE CLAIMS
Unfortunately, I think this was due to server overload. Guess what, it happens to moonbit all the time and made me lose my bonus. Does moonbit ever respond? Not to me. Admin here however has been responsive. Write a polite email and am sure he'll help out.

3. LOST REFERRALS
It is mentioned specifically that Referral Bonuses are only available when referrals have been active in the past 5 days. Moonbit takes away referrals after only 3 days. I have lost 1 referral (I only have 4 now) since the beginning. I am not complaining.

4. ZERO BALANCE
This probably means your balance was auto withdrawn! Check your wallet! BTW, I noticed today need to authenticate your account for auto WD, so pls do so (check under Withdraw).

5. POP-UP ADS
We all agreed that the faucet needs more sources of income, and we are happy to provide that. To me, one or two pop-up ads are acceptable. The faucet still loads a lot faster than Moonbit for me (when it is loading haha).

6. RECOMMENDATION TO ADMIN
I think people could be a lot less restive if small announcements could be made on the front page of faucetgo for any changes, or perhaps once they login, just a pop-up announcement even could work. And maybe also here so ppl can be updated. I suppose part of the frustration comes from not knowing what changed.


Good luck with improving the site income and stability. I think once you prove it is stable, we would be able to promote it more and people will flock to your site!
