I am new to this faucet and joined on 28th September 2016 its very good, but I started getting this
Claims from proxy addresses are not allowed and captcha must be completed
I am not using any proxy addresses, please kindly help us

Good faucet, but now it seems I can't claim.
This message comes out: Claims from proxy addresses are not allowed and captcha must be completed.
I am definitely not using proxy as I can only access the single wifi with fixed IP. It was ok since I joined about 2 weeks ago but only from today for past few hours.
Hope you can fix this.

Same thing is now happening with me and it just started today so I think there is a bug in the system that needs to be fixed asap by the dev which I'm sure will be fixed soon. I also noticed today that the faucet loads very slow and takes a long time to log in now so I'm guessing there is a lot of traffic on the faucet.

It works fine to me (though the site is a bit slow) and I collected 327 Sat within minutes.
Hope it would perform as an excellent BTC faucet for long long time.

Yes, as written above we changed the bonus system. But with this new rules, even the lowest bonus is higher than the regular faucets out there.
I think the dev has lowered the sats rate because of the bonuses and I think this is a good thing because now it rewards active users so if you are active and build up your bonus percentage you'll earn more in the long run so in fact no one has lost anything right now just continue to claim and be active everyday and in a couple of months from now everyone will be earning a nice amount of sats every 5 minutes. And for the people who have active referrals the rewards will be even more so I think the dev has made the right move to lowering the sats claim rates.
Thank you for the understanding. Launching bonus, as its name suggests wasn't planned to run for a long time, it's to reward the early users. But rest assured we will do our best to keep people interested, we still want to get more and more users

Kinda dissapointed , to much offline since launched , referrals deleted, false warnings about TOR, withdrawals bugs .. Totally unprofessional and unstable . If you would had upgrade/investment options i would never buy one until you fix your website .

the site is in its beginning and any faucet may experience bugs, troubles....seriously with such bad comments you are just pushing the OP to end this new project... he had the right to secure his faucet from bot and this causes many bugs as i noticed, just wait or find another faucet seriously

Usually it's either your claim did not get processed (are you using proxy?) or your view didn't get updated.REWARD UPDATE
We have changed our bonus system to reward the most active users! Here's the deal:
- Be sure not to claim everyday, because we just added 3x CONSECUTIVE LOGIN BONUS! For each consecutive login you get +3% (up to 100%) in addition to regular 1% bonus! In short we have multiplied consecutive login bonus by 4 times.
- We also added 2x REFERRAL BONUS! For each referral you will get +2% (up to 100%) in addition to regular 1% bonus! In short we have tripled our referral bonus.
Although in order to balance the reward we have reduced our launch bonus to 100%, in total, you can claim up to 600% of the base payout. This is higher than before and still make us the highest paying faucet available
The updated bonuses are good dev but I hope it's not too much of a bonus. I saw the same thing at BonusBitcoin where they were paying bonuses and then later they found trouble and had to lower the claim rates and then a lot of people left. Just as long as you are making enough money from the advertising to cover all the expenses and of course some profit for yourself then you and your faucet should be fine. I would rather see a faucet last for a very long time then a faucet that offers to high bonuses and is dead within a couple of months.

The owner is losing a good sum at this rate. I don't see how the site can survive in the long run (I hope I am wrong), judging from the way the site is designed. Good luck.
MoonBitcoin pays around 40 sats every 5 minutes however they have a daily loyalty bonus, referral bonus and mystery bonus so people can earn well over 100 sats every 5 minutes and even more if people have many referrals. My point is that a faucet can survive paying what this faucet is paying every 5 minutes. I think the dev is doing a great job and the changes are for the better of the faucet.

Update your clock, sync it with the time server, you are probably off by couple of secondsand this is why your satoshis disappear.
I have had that problem too and after setting the system clock to update time it was all OK. After the claim the clock shows you some seconds, for example 00:07 and it should be 00:00 this means that your system clock is off with the current time by 7 seconds.

i just got the same warning when i tried to claim maybe because i keep a tab with the faucet open most of day to claim when i can
Tried again and Cloudflare told me the website is offline but i came back later and everything is ok.
I don't use illegal ways to claim on a faucet
Also i'm short with 1 referral , so 1 less

My no. of Referrals is decreasing every day by 1 or 2 .... Why is that ?
Then they probably dont claim anymore..
But that should affect my balance .... My referrals irrespective of they claim or not should still be the same ??
