That's correct, that's just how the bounty was structured. There will be no further allocations to the bounty campaign at this time or in the near future.

Initially, no you do not. Unifyre will be available to download and it's apart of the rules to download; but you don't have to use Unifyre to get your FRM distributed, as we already have your ETH address from the bounty campaigns.

Why do you plan to launch DEX in Q3 2020? This is too long... DEX will be for tokens built on Ferrum blockchain or for all others?

In terms of the DEX, yes it will have cross-chain functionalities.
