I just looked at your site with all this ETH you raised how do you fight scams? Aren't "scams" a normal part of the market? Are you going to regulate it so there are no "scams"? How you determine what is a scam? Maybe I think this is a scam and you think it's not?
Hi 2bfree,
Our product – the first and only legal services offering platform - is bridging the gap between individual segregated users in the worlds of cryptocurrencies who require assistance in recovering the unjustly lost, scammed or frozen (because of misleading service providing, funds and company investigation by financial government bodies, non-compliant or gross technical architecture that provides an improper security of assets or attacks.)
The amount raised is intended to fund the platform development and launch, help fund marketing and distribution of BitcoinScamFighters.com, as well as allow early-bird investors a chance to later achieve appreciable payment for legal services for potential lawsuit fees that need to be paid until the amount has been reimbursed to the victims of scams and frauds in the case of succession of the lawsuits.
This sounds like my village socialist party double talk this is how they talk they can't give a direct true honest answer they just give "double talk".
Explain if I'm scam and I lost 10BTC to some anonymous scammer how are you going to use all the ETH you collect to get my 10BTC back. It's a simple question I don't need a "double talk" answer I need a true answer. You know what honest and direct is? yes/no?
Dear 2bfree,
In this example case of an anonymous scammer, it will be quite difficult for you (or even with our aid) to retrieve your funds as their identity is most probably unknown to you. Always do due diligence and obtain as much information as you can from the person or company you are interested in doing dealings with. So no, unfortunately.
We want to provide services against misleading and fraudulent companies/groups.
We sometimes get requests with named groups or individuals that overlap and others where users deliver more information which could help form a case later.
For those individual cases, we'd like to help if we can and ask you and others to visit our site and fill in our contact form.
We can't guarantee every case, however, but there is hope that we can more int the future if more evidence presents itself 2bfree.
Is all this ETH you collected in an ascrow, are you using it for your own life outside of what you promised. How many BTC have you recovered so far give us every single case so we can review it. I dont' want the scam fighter to turn into a scam taking BTC for their benefit and not getting back a signle BTC just pocketing the ETH. Do you understand my question?
Hi 2bfree,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, it is an escrow. Funds committed during the FHT Token Creation Event will be held and will only be released from the account with 2 out of 3 signatures from directors at BitcoinScamFighters. All their information is available on site.
We have particular cases and groups that we would like to start with immediately. However, we are currently in the process of explaining the more thoroughly legal basis of how to go about those particular cases. We do this in conjunction wit certain legal firms. Now, to understand if certain (Bitcoin-related) cases are capable of legal and government review, a deep legal framework analysis is still needed.
It should be understood that this debate over how to deal with these new virtual currencies is still in its infancy. We at BitcoinScamfighters have learned so far in our talks with certain law firms(s) that in many terms of services the User(s) should have been made aware/ or are aware (by way of the terms and services) of the legal situation regarding Bitcoins differs in multiple countries, nations, and (sometimes Non-existant) legislation.
Differ groups (who deal in cryptocurrencies/altcoins related services) attempt to not be liable for any proceedings against the User in any Court of law or before any governmental, administrative, regulatory, judicial or quasi-judicial authority. In some cases, we are starting to see that confronting particular groups will require quite a mix of multi-juridical prospectives.
We thank you for your concern as at BitcoinScamFighters, we do not intend in any case to hold anyone of our user's funds.
In fact, we are looking into a legal way to manner to return the amount to each user in the cases of success.
More update on this will be delivered as our collaboration with experts and support team members grows.
