Okay thanks. I never used the wallet before I built it either. Seems like there is a node hardcoded into the wallet but that one is down. I am sure there will be some wallets out there that are synced with each other, especially if people are staking.

Is anyone staking?

Yup, looks like I am all you got lol.

I still cant get the wallet to sync with the firecoin network, I have no nodes and cant seem to find any online.

If someone could run the getpeerinfo command from the console in the wallet and give me some nodes that would be great.

Once I have the first few nodes it should find more automatically, the problem is finding the first few.

Hey, thanks.

I was up till almost four in the morning last night working on it, I was actually following the same instructions that you suggested. I had compiled those files but forgot to re-compile them after a clean.

Anyway, they were not the last of my issues. I am going to perform a fresh install of everything and start again from scratch this morning. just in case there is something else that I missed.

Feel's like I am getting closer though, lets see if I have better luck today.

Okay, so it looks like the dev just copied the same coin over and over and left the project.

I hope someone takes over the project, it's a cool coin.

I'm not a dev, but I am interested in compiling the wallet and looking over some of the code. I find it really interesting so ill let you know how I get on.

In fact I almost have it compiled, just need to fix the last dependency issues.

That is why i have bough some of this coin down here. You could hold the market right here for 4 BTC and have all the coins. Pretty low side risk if you ask me. I am also talking to a few people trying to find help to take the coin over. The problem is I am not a developer so I would need a developer on the team or we would have to put together a donation address to pay developers when we need them. I am also in the process of doing the same thing with truck coin. However That coin does not have immediate need for a developer. This coin IMO does because these block times are way to long. So any Dev or other members for that matter will to help PM me. And if a dev wants to take this coin over themselves thats fine by me. I just do not want to see this coin die.

I'm really confused... if this coin was a scam, where was the dump? Was it slow? Why not wait for a tiny pump before dumping? What did the OP make, a few hundred bucks?
