My other coin wallets seem fine. I like the look of this coin, but if it's going to wander off on a fork and lose the ability to keep the wallet up to date, I think I'm out.

Your IP was likely banned because you were on a fork FYI
Get some nodes here: http://explorer.fluttercoin.us/peers.php
Next message:
When:
1) pools especially the locust muti-pools are responsible with hashrate distribution
2) people upgrade their clients pre-fork
3) people actually pay attention to their wallet, instead of leaving it on a forked chain for days
4) people understand how to setup and maintain a conf file
All of these issues are node related issues because of one of the above.
So, I got forked and therefore I got banned from the master nodes while trying to start again from block 0, for nearly a week now? How, exactly, is that supposed to be a good idea? Get forked, get fucked? I stopped trying with dnsseed=1 as that only downloads the 15553 fork.
I don't check any of my dozen or so wallets daily. Let's see, I haven't looked at FTC ummm, this year, yes, that one's still running fine. WDC gets checked every few weeks as it has 1MHash grinding away on it, that one's never broken either.
As far as I know, my FLT wallet IS the newest version? It also broke before the official fork. If someone really wanted to fuck with this coin, it seems it would only take a few poisoned nodes on top of the background chaos.
Now, do I bother trying the nodes you posted, or do I just give up on the whole thing as yet another polished turd?
It seems like a good idea to make regular blockchain as well as wallet backups if I do continue with this coin.
