I do not think so. This is something I have read up on today and Im not sure if it effects us because our crowdsale is more so a "crowd donation." We are not a company trying to make a profit and the devs do not take any of the funds raised in our crowdsale. We only profit by getting FLDC just like everyone else. FLDC still falls in the grey area that Bitcoin (and ALL Altcoins) does with things like claiming on you taxes.

Our lawyer said we are an "unincorporated association" that receives no profit so the SEC has nothing on us for our crowdsale., so in the clear!

We sent out 10 FLDC to every holder of SJCX to help promote FoldingCoin to those holders. Many of those holders will have old BTC rigs that they will be using to farm for the new Driveshare app that Storj is releasing. Why not encourage those users to run the FAH client side by side with the Driveshare client

We now are receiving over 8.3 million FAH credits per day including those that are on different teams. We will be advocating on other team forums this weekend. I am posted up at a bar and will be here for sometime just working on foldingcoin and plan to get alot done including forum advocation

i dont believe i seperated the 2nd computer to a new address, so i believe the payout issue applies to me which is why i wanna ask for a bit more clarity:

in my FAH Control clients advanced option, i can see my:

Identity - [Name] "37d9blahCounterPartyAdressBlah389dn" & [Team] 226728

So should i create a NEW address on counter party platform and peg my computer's CPU output to that new address in order to fix the payout issue ? i wanna be sure my desktop is being accounted for and my laptop properly.
and lastly i can leave the Team/group to anything i want ? much thanks, i LOVE coins with purpose !

If you do this you NEED a new address, and make your name like "Eddie03_FLDC_13gyThi....." its important that you use the UN_FLDC_ in front of the NEW address. Also if you wish to fold on 2 different teams, both teams you are on can have the same prefix "Eddie03_FLDC_" but each team you are on needs to have 2 seperate FLDC addresses. It only affects you if you are not on the team 226728, the bug was from the new implementation to allow outside members to be able to receive FLDC by making their names "PookTwo_FLDC_13gHyt....." If you are just putting your CP address and going on team 226728, there is no issue
