If you join power hour, you receive all the tokens immediately, but then you can transfer 1/12 ot them every month. After 6 months for example you can transfer 50% of them, after 12 months all of them. Those who participate after the power hour have tokens unlocked but with smaller bonus #AdminZ but those who will buy it little later - can out at any time?
