Heads up for anyone following this thread. We'll have a (non-conventional) presence at DCentral later this month and will be giving away a few special and unique numbered NFTs (and airdropping) to existing holders. Have to follow on Twitter (@getfullyrekt) for it, and TG users will get first word. DAO is still in planning, so there's that, too.
Also, other cryptos are being considered for payment.
Pirate (ARRR) and Wownero (WOW) have been requested. Haven (XHV) might be an interesting option, but not sure if anyone uses the coin for transactions.

I've been working on something similar to this idea. My question is how are they linked? Is it just that they are carrying matching numbers or is there a private key somewhere on the coin that is holding an NFT on the blockchain? I've been waiting to see how long before I started seeing these types of things. Very cool. I wish you the best of luck with this project
Thank you, I'll pass it on. Owners receive a private key and the NFT and coin have matching numbers. I'm actually surprised we haven't seen more of this sort of thing out there yet - it's the perfect use case. There are some other innovations coming in the future, too.
