After block 18,800 (that is going to happen 5 days later around January 22) reward amount will up to
16 GNR per block = 4.0 for POS and 12.0 for MN
This will last for the next 17 days and later at around February 8 rewards will be updated to:
18 GNR per block = 4.5 POS + 13.5 for MN
and this phase will last for 10 days only and will go up to 20 GNR (February 18).
And after another 10 days block rewards will settle down at:
22 GNR = 5.5 POS + 16.5 MN and so it will be (after approx. March 1 to forever).
