They are a copper/brass alloy.

So update:  There are 35 boxes left (and three loose packs), I believe there are about 3-4 boxes still in the post and 8 prizes unclaimed:

Could i get an answer to this question? Are the coins themselves solid silver, or iron/copper/brass just plated with silver? I don't see anything in the OP referring to this

So for $80 you get 5 coins 5  scratchoffs 5 coin slabs.  All the packaging and not to mention hours/days of labor putting everything together.  (Imagine verifying 500 full addresses engraved on a coin.....and then do it again just to be sure.)  Half way through i thought about just chucking them in the garbage..hahaha.  Anyway there is not much spread for profit...trust me.  So no precious metals this go around but things might be in the works for some pretty fun/unique stuff in the future.  Wink

I'm not even sure myself. I wish there were really nice pictures, or the address lists as well, just so we all know, especially for the trading thread minerjones opened. Seems we are all mystified at first - good job on #1 either way tho! Cheesy

Edit - I think the polished ones are easier (obviously much shinier?) than distinguishing between the antique's vs non-antiques myself.
