I just came up with aN idea where if you had facebook/twitter/g+/instagram/whatsup/whatever the new hot app of the week is, you could "double down" on a geocoin allowing the finder to get the coins and then give away the extra coins to their social network friends.
Interesting idea. Do you mean like I would go find a geocoin, then I also get the ability to send a second geocoin to a friend? I could see that spreading like wildfire through social media.

I agree the Dev has been actively working on things, I've even helped test out some of the geodashing game that is coming up and the first tests were successful and fun
