It means that there will never be more tokens that are sold here in the ICO. The market cap once it reaches exchanges will actually be the real value of all of the tokens they were ever sold. This means the organizers and company behind the project don’t have infinite tokens that they can dump on the market to crash it later on, they have only what they buy or what’s mentioned in whitepaper
