I really don't know if it does but there is a statement in their whitepaper saying that counties where online betting are legal where put in considerations during their plans. I know VPN can make someone visit a blocked site but I don't know if the investment will also be accepted
It will depend whether GIFcoin has a licence in the country the customer originated from.
Some countries have completely banned gambling online which obviously eliminates GIFcoin. To be fair, it would make sense to get some clarification on this from one of the officials within the team.
Will be good to clear this up for international investors

GIFcoin have online betting platform so I guess users from all over the world can do betting at vitalbet. They need money to expand infrastructure to support more users/betting/games.
