Do you have any clients on your platform? Or when will it start? I mean first clients
They already have a working website, basically a platform which allows to use all features of this project, but if you mean blockchain features like smart contracts, payment with GifCoin token, etc.. I believe it's gonna be introduced gradually in 2018 and 2019. The first thing they're planning to do is to release iOS and Android apps globally.

You have all gotten it right. Another thing is if softcap is reduced, it will show how unserious the project is, and it will look as if they are more interested in making people feel like they reached soft cap, rather than reaching the ideal softcap to actualize the project.
Yes, it would be extremely disrespectful to investors. I think in that case, many would like to return their money back. In general, this is really the worst scenario
Where you find that the softcap is reduced (Link please)? It is still the same like when the ICO start. Softcap is about 60 million GIFcoin.

You have just made a wise decision and probably you will have soon to harvest some huge project. Crypto market is at its dip so this is really our chance to buy some tokens especially of they don't changed the rate of the token.

My question goes thus: is it possible to reduce softcap and push forward still with the project execution however with reduced cost if the soft cap wasn't reached?? 
Hello friend, i don't think it's possible to reduce softcap, from my understanding softcap is the actual amount a project needs to develop it's proposed features, so reducing the softcap is like reducing the start up capital.
This will not happen, because its clear that the collection is active. I saw unsuccessful projects - they can be seen right away, the collections are so sluggish that it seems the developers themselves throw money out of their pockets.
Thats true. If they did not hit the softcap, they have to return the money they got it from investors. However that will not happen in this case as GIFCoin will hit softcap very soon and may also hit hardcap before the ICO closure.
