Looks very promising. I would also like to know what assurances will be in place to guarantee that the profit sharing stays in place and is accurate (Will net profits be public information?). In the whitepaper it lists that net profits are 45% of profits, but I can imagine this can change based on the operating costs and other company expenses / re-investments, is there any guarantee that this number won’t be manipulated heavily to avoid profit sharing?

Those links which shows it registered gambling company in UK will definitely let good impression. I didn't dig in the information but going to make me sure about the information but gambling has future being one of the biggest industries. Your project looks good and will leave my feedback as I am interested in this.

Thank you for the question. The website is accessible from anywhere in the world, and for now, the users are mainly from European countries. As you can see in the white paper, immediately after the ICO ends, we will start applying for licenses in the most attractive countries (markets).

With that said, what assurances can you offer to make sure that token holders get paid their revenue share? I.e. what stops you from simply taking the ICO money and later claiming that the token holders lack any actual ownership in Vitalbet, thus withholding payouts?
I am also wondering when payments will happen. If this was in the white paper I must have missed it. What date(s) will payouts happen and when will they start? 2018? 2020?

Immediately after the ICO comes to an end, we will create a new company, which will guarantee that GIFcoin token holders are full-fledged associates and owners of VitalBet, as well as ensure their shares. The report for new clients and revenue will be public and it will be posted on the dashboard of GIFcoin.io website, which will be unlocked for registration soon. The report will be updated at the end of each month. The dividends will be paid at the end of each calendar year. The first profit share will occur at the end of December 2018.

i am not asking about the registration of galaxy 88 ltd, as you noted it is easy to find. The fact is though that the only shareholder in that registration is your parent company for which no public registration data can be found. No snide remarks needed
