you have to wait until the wallet fully syncs before launching your cgminer...maybe that was your problem.

I figured it out. I was using rpcallowip= when I should have been using rpcconnect=

I wonder why most solo mining guides don't mention rpcconnect (I just happened to see it in one of my many .conf files that I must have copied from somewhere)?

i had already some showing up in the wallet, about 200 GFT, now they`re gone....
and i found for sure 10 blocks...most don`t even show up in the wallet...

40 minutes left and my client still tries to connect with the given nodes!!!!!! i always say, if a dev starts with a pool, its always failing at the start, stop doing this shit!!!
