- From the official website's calculator (https://cryptonomos.com/wtt/calculator), you can get $0.02/day ($5.91/year) with 10 WTT token
- Giga Watt token ('s right of electrical power) will expire in 50 years
- 10 WTT token will profits about $300 eventually (5.91 * 50)

So 1 WTT is worth $30 (It excludes the rise of BTC/ETH/LTC. WTT token's profits are provided in BTC/ETH/LTC).
Is it correct? What do you think?
1WTT may makes 30$ in 50 years, OK
Why do you think, it should worth 30$ now?
Better approach is: if it makes 0.591$ yearly, then price could be (related to interest) min: 0.591/0.3=1.97$ to 0.591/0.05=11.82$
IMO 4$  ATM is a fair price
Don't think so.  From tokens which I am renting out now I see less figure: income of $0.01/day for 10 tokens. They mentioned on the site that calculator is not precious and depends on various factors.
I think fair price is from 1.3 to 1.7$.

Then renting alone isn't the most enticing as an investor that missed the ICO.  Its the secondary part of the value to me.

at this pt, the question for me is, how much higher is the incentive to buy (versus rent) these tokens for anyone that wants to mine?

EDIT: looks like there is a big difference (shown on first page, DUHHH, smh)...Even though I've looked over the white paper, somehow I managed to gloss over the incentive to send miners to GigaWatt.

I'm waiting my WTT batch and I still didn't get it. I don't know what's the problem. They are not listed on coinmarketcap too. There is no market, nothing. I hope team updates us shortly.
Dave Carlson sent emails to customers about delay, I personally received it. You can see it on previous page.

Looks like delay is 3rd batch helps the others make good profit, you can see (https://etherdelta.github.io/#WTT-ETH) latest price is 0.012750000ETH == 4.55$, what do you think of it?

To the Gigawatt Team
We should be able to choose where we want our WTT be alocated, to mine ETH, LTC or BTC, or at least be able to choose in which of the 3 currencies we want to be paid in.

Thx

I have batch 4 WTT tokens due to be issued on 15th September.
I also have three L3+ due to be shipped in end-September, and one D3 in mid-October.
When can I expect them to be deployed for mining?  Wink
If you bought them directly from gigawatt.sg then they will inform you when they have been shipped, arrived and when they have been installed. With the release of WTT tokens delayed, if they are released before you hardware arrives then you can rent out your tokens until the miners are installed.

Looking for a Discord for this.

Does one even exist for this idea or is it not even active? Let me know if anybody is informed about this

I think they don't have a discord channel, I've never used discord before too.

Bitcoin is the King
I truely believe in this company and this project but to be honnest I start being a bit nervous  Undecided  Undecided ...
Can someone confirm that he/she recieved the miners bought on GW website and are already mining with them today ?

Thanks for your reply !

I brought a S9 on june 16th and I am also waiting. Like a kid waiting for his new toy.  Grin
But I am an adult so I understood a delay was possible from the start. Those guys have a huge amount of diverse work to do.

I also understand It's hard to have to wait extra days and frustrating, and it must be the same for them too. I am sure they are working as fast as they can.
I am confident and not nervous at all. They will deliver without a doubt.

Patience in the Crypto World is a must.

my miners should arrive end of September only, but I believe they are very reliable, and delay it caused by delay from the manufacture itself, who usually keeps to the dates projected, but sometimes fail to deliver on time.

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has bought miners directly from Giga-Watt?
Just do not want to get scammed ( I got scammed a bunch of times already )
Is it safe to buy miners from Giga-Watt and have them delivered directly to the POD?

Regards

Hi @fynxgloire,
I'm in the same case I bought 10 S9 miners on June 24 on the GW website.
They were schedulded to ship between the 16th and the 21 of August and be ready to mine max yesterday. When I contacted the support team they told me about the delay and the fact that they didn't recieve any tracker number from the manufacturer confirming that they are in transit.
When I asked further details about when they will be able to confirm it I recieved this answer :

" Yes we are still waiting to hear from the manufacturer that they have left and are in transit.
Please note that equipment supply, availability, delivery dates and speed depend on the equipment manufacturers. Giga Watt has no control whatsoever over logistical arrangements and cannot expedite them."

Is there an exact date on releasing the third batch?

I would like to know if we have a choice on selecting what to mine?

Example. If i want to mine Bitcoin for the first month and switching to ethereum and if i found out the profitability has a lot of difference.
