Just found this project, it seems interesting to me, but now I see that I missed the pre-sale. Is there any exchange available now?
Don't worry - they tried to raise cash for 40m WTT and only sold around 22m WTT or so. Yet, they will build facilities covering the whole 40m WTT anyway. I believe they were surprised they didn't sell out and didn't have a plan B. In hindsight it was good not to invest as there is way more supply than demand for now, not sure why anybody would pay 1.20 USD/WTT under these circumstances. They will dump the remaining WTT soon as facilities will be in operation in November (from the top of my head).

not yet. They are going to start issuing tokens only on August, 7th. Only after they issue tokens to those who bought them during sale period, they may list it on the exchange. But not sure about exchange, as they may just launch internal site for lending & borrowing tokens between those who mine on their premises.I was lucky to know about this project in June, when token costed 1.05$ (while $1 was initial price), and bought some.
They far outperform any cloud mining service in pricing and other terms.

hi, ok so I personally cannot mine this with my own personnel assets, is this a 'closed shop' algorithm coin. so I cannot partake in the blockchain just let others do it for me, not what I like.

It was Token launch only. Tokens will be released in batches for people who paid for according to the time schedule. Cryptonomos releasing tokens in batches.
After that you get tokens. And probably there is possibility to sell/buy/rent.

Very interesting project. The variable costs would be the electricity+maintenance fee (3.3c/kWh). Is there anything stopping GW from increasing these costs absent an increase from the utility company? I understand the current rates are based on Public Utility of Washington state and the minimum wage limits, but nothing forces GW to remain tied to these numbers, correct?
Additionally, is there anything stopping GW from introducing new fees? Perhaps fees for miners not purchased through a partner? Or eventually restricting access to only those miners purchased through the partner?
I'm just trying to go down the path of worst case scenario. I'm sure the current leadership and team at GW isn't planning these changes, but someday the company gets bought by a giant hedge fund for a bazillion dollars and they monetize everything they can for their own benefit.
