the file that is missing it libwinpthread-1.dll
just download and copy to u c://windows/system x64 c://windows/syswow64download what i have saame error wont start wallet
1. download https://www.dropbox.com/s/fmjn4qg2kpowzgs/libwinpthread-1%20%282%29.zip?dl=0
2. put the dll inside in the same folder as your gnosis-qt.exe
3. start gnosis-gt.exe

Hi! to fix the Libwinpthread-1.dll ISSUE do following
1. download https://www.dropbox.com/s/fmjn4qg2kpowzgs/libwinpthread-1%20%282%29.zip?dl=0
2. put the dll inside in the same folder as your gnosis-qt.exe
3. start gnosis-gt.exe
4 Done! Enjoy

The relaunch was in fact more fair, since there was 4 pools ready instead of only one.

Hash back up to 25-30 gh/s. This is a pretty good number on scrypt and it peaked around 40-50 as far as I've seen.
