triple checked ip and made a rule in firewall to open port
Go to http://ping.eu/port-chk/ to check whether the port is accessible from outside.
that site shows the port as open
Did you transfer exactly 25000 (in one transaction) to the new wallet?
yes followed instructions word for word have set up masternodes before with no trouble
my herdnode was working fine, but now it is not 
Managed to fix it all up and running, wouldn't connect on port 27879 so tried port 999 and its working fine now
