We can't reveal our customer's logins, e-mails and balances. They can have different username at Your system. This will not work well. Why don't just swap all our coins to new coins? We give You our wallet.dat - You give/send us new coins instead. Once we replace wallet daemon - our customers will be able to withdraw new coins. We can do it free of charge.

If You don't want to do it - make 10k blockchain functional so traders can withdraw their coins. Also it would be good to extend swap period because nobody can send coins to You since at least yesterday.

I jsut see that something is wrong on 10k chain.. walet is synced but it reports that it's not.

Guys I have a few questions so I won't go through the whole thread.
The last day for sending my BALLS is tomorrow May 2nd?
how many balls can I send at once?
If I deposit all my BALLS to btcpool.exchange will they automatically be converted to TEETH or I will need to do something?

Just sent my wallet to [email protected] I hope you can handle this. Already get some of my coins to btcpool, but then appears that wallet is not fully synced, so I cannot do anymore transfers. I must go to work now, so I can't wait and see if things is going better. Thanks to you pjcltd ^^
