Ok a few links to look at

http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/DigiByte
see the list of most resent block...

http://cryptexplorer.com/block/ddaf17dc4ff240ae9fdc009090bbbbd09eeb9004ee552c3043402317f53871a2
When clicking on one of the blocks.. see the transactions on the bottom

also on all of the pages they have the API link at the bottom

here is what you get clicking it
http://cryptexplorer.com/q

It shows a list of API functions
here is the URL for that coins amount of currency ever mined.(totalbc)

I do like the fact that the dev on day 2!! has taken on the project to creat their own custom block explorer. And not just using one of the platforms available like Ape or cryptexplorer.

To be fair, we did not write the custom code for that explorer.  We purchased and customized it for our coin.

This coin will go very far with a mentality like this..  So much more pumped about this coin hearing that...

K "shooting from the hip" on lookers comments are welcome...

1. API and it needs to be publicly found (hyperlink out bottom... or something)
-this will allow the community to use it and link people to it

2. List of 20 or so last blocks (under the "coin info" section you have now maybe)
- should include
"value out" (amount of coins in block)
and number of transactions in the block

3. Search bar tab may have a glitch its not showing the text typed in to the field

4. When clicking the taps on the top the white lettering on the off-white background is hard to see

5. when clicking the block and seeing the info page of the block
- needs the transaction info ("size" is that file size or coin count?)
- the transaction info could go at the bottom
should have the wallet addresses in and out and the amount of coins from each wallet

Thats a start...

I do like the fact that the dev on day 2!! has taken on the project to creat their own custom block explorer. And not just using one of the platforms available like Ape or cryptexplorer.

I'm sure Like you have posted you all are working hard to make upgrades...

I see the blockchain has moved from http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/GunCoin

It"s now here http://www.gunchain.com Huh

The new one looks nice!!

However is this a work in progress? If so I will hold off on the list of things it needs...

Go at it!  Everything we have is a "work in progress" at this point.  We want to hear what you would like to see added/changed.  Seen a block explorer that you think is perfect?  Give us a link to check out!  We are open to all ideas.

You say concealed. So If I wear on display do I need a licence?

I guess displaying your firearm would make you look like a criminal

Open carry is legal in a lot of places.  There is a difference between carrying and brandishing.

Just gorgeous! That layout is just "smoking hot"!
Hopefully devs realize how much potential GUNCOIN has, and upgrade.

Still early days though! Loving the Guncoin support so far!
Main site needs more pictures of guns!

I will start looking for some basic tools to help.

In the meantime play here - http://gungamesz.com/gun-games/army-sharpshooter (short game)

where is this traded?

GUN is on only a couple smaller exchanges at the moment.  You can find that list on our website (http://www.guncoin.info) or on the main post of this thread.  We are currently seeking larger exchanges.

You do need a license however if you wish to carry your gun concealed in public.

Not in Alaska ;-)  I conceal carry all day/every day with no license required!

Yet another reason why I love it here!

As it should be everywhere in the US..

You don't need a license to buy in gun in most places in US.  Just go to gun store, have em run background check,  if you're pass the background check, you can walk out with gun less than an hour later in most cases.  It varies from state to state.  There are probably more guns than smartphones in Texas.

You do need a license however if you wish to carry your gun concealed in public.

What should the name of a guncoin faucet be?  Ammo dump, reloading station?

Guns illegal here in the UK. (shotguns with licence for farmers are ok)

A friend of mine goes shooting, I know in my younger years .22 rifles, crossbows and airguns were popular with some friends of mine.

I had a moral dilemma about mining this coin.

In South Africa Guns are probably more common than the States. Hotels in Johannesburg have gun collection on the reception desk.

I always wondered, if I lived in Texas, and I was licenced to carry a gun (lets just say for argument) - would I have the guts to use it?

Perhaps Guncoin could support a charity related to GunCrime or Education ??

Identity with such a controversial coin is crucial.

I detect a reluctance to talk on this thread about Guns.

I could be wrong however, if so correct me.

Anyway, Im mining it! I do have a fascination for guns, but more the history and mechanics / physics of the devices.

I don't go shooting, have no licence, and don't even own a catapult.

I guess In Texas a Gun is like a mobile phone.

I think supporting some charities is a great idea and we will contemplate what we can do.  Personally, I think firearms education is a top priority anywhere in the world.  We may be able to do some sort of a "GUN Drive" to raise GUN donations for a specific charity or two.  This is now added to our wish list for sure.  Good idea!

I'll wait. I'm an IPO holder, but bugger selling soon. I'll wait until more exposure.

The Gun Coin Dev has given me confidence. I'm riding the train with him Smiley

Guncoin price holding well!

Is anybody buying?

I wouldn't say the prices are holding if nobody's buying. Right now its a couple of crappy exchanges where nobody's bothering to look at. Once it hits the popular exchange (atleast bter or bittrex), you can expect the ipo holders to dump first and then in 2-3 days watch the price climb up. Pick them up before it climbs up.... 600-700 sats is a good bet. The difficulty and price will go up once it hits a good exchange Smiley
