So is any of your here advertising confident enough in garunteeing your pool will work at launch??? I get screwed every coin launch because the only pool working at launch is some obscure pool wayyyy down the list...and it appears the wallet will not be released until after launch? Thats great. Then I cant solo mine when the pools dont work either...sorry for my pessimism

Just an observation and a question: I saw where the dev says that he is going to release the wallets 1-2 hours after the launch.
What is the purpose behind the delay? I have been to many altcoin launches and the wallets are always released before the pools get going. So why the delay?

I was told by someone in the IRC that it was supposed to be an hour before launch.

The IPO coins will be delivered as fast as possible, as soon as the coin launches.
Cryptorush will delay the listing for 2hours or so giving all the IPO users ample opportunities to get their coins
The wallet files for mining, as well as other source files will be given a bit before launch. Pools have already being setup, so they only need the conf nodes and we're good to go.
Nobody is going to instamine/pull any shady things here, just have patience, be in #h2ocoin channel on freenode and stay alert for more news.
And for the people that say this is a scam, they are using a trusted escrow system, competent developer team, clear goal of helping charity, official pools, etc. If all of this was a scam, do you think that we would have gotten such a high investment in this coin. Last time i checked the first post we were around 36 BTC in. Now of course, you are entitled to your opinion, and if you feel that this is a scam, or is not something you feel confortable buying in, then do not buy in. Nobody is forcing anyone to do anything, and if you think this is a p&d scam, then you can just mine the coin and dump.
Not all IPO are scams, and this IPO is done by a very trusted person.

Is 0.1 withdrawal fee a "standard" for H2O pools? 
Not a lot since each block is worth 2000, the transaction fee doesn't go to the pools anyway.
