Is it possible to use EXEcoin's miner as well?

It's an improved VERTminer, I think.

RJX, I'm familiar with VertMiner and SGminer. I haven't heard of EXEminer, to be honest.

But, if you're able to mine Vertcoin with EXEminer, then yes, you'll be able to use that specific miner to mine H2O Smiley

I think it will, I just tested XSV with EXEminer, and it works fine.
Awesome, thanks RJX Smiley

I'll update the topic soon, I'll put EXEminer and SGminer's links.

Great, here's the .bat that makes it work on an HD5850, yes still that good ole 5850:

Code:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

C:\path/exeminer.exe --nscrypt -o stratum+tcp://east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com:3369 -u XXX.1 -p x --intensity 16 --gpu-engine 870 --gpu-memclock 1145 --worksize 256 --shaders 1440 --failover-only --queue=0 --scan-time=0 --expiry=1 -g 1
I'll forward you message to Zisef, he'll be the one who's gonna help our miners with a great tutorial Smiley

Appreciate it, Roel

Sorry for late response guys, just woke up.

I'll quote everyone right now.

This is very interesting coin because you can’t do with water but why 2 billion coins  Huh

Edit: I didn't see its TWC coin, 2 billion is perfect. I will support you guys if extra help is needed  Cool
We didn't wanted to flood the markets with gazillion coins, that's why we picked 2 billions Tongue

Thanks for your trust, MsCollec, appreciate it!

Peace man!

Also, thanks everyone!

Are you sure Scrypt N uses 50% of the GPU, and not that the hash rate is simply lower because of the algorithm? That sentence alone makes me doubtful.
I expressed myself wrong. Thanks for pointing it out.

I meant that people wont be able to get the power ( hashing power ) they're used to get with their GPUs, like with simple scrypt algorithm.
Depends on the settings on X cards, they can adjust their hashing power. ( I'm not familiar with all the GPUs, that's why I said 50% )

And yes, that happens because of adaptive-NFactor Smiley

Strongly considering putting a BTC or two into this coin's IPO but I am wondering
With only 50mm coins being offered out of 2B that's only 2.5% of the total and anything invested at this point would make the market cap unsustainably huge especially after mining starts. I feel like I could mine a heck of a lot more within the first week than what I would get putting a BTC on this. Please let me know your thought process, I really want in.

yes this is actually concerning - has this been answered?

Also I have 30 mh/s Scrypt mining farm but no idea about how adaptive-N works.
will this stop people mining like 10 mil coins with 20-30 mh/s in the first few days (each) cause thats cheaper than buying into IPO effectively then it will be dumped on crypto rush.

just a thought, im sure TWC has thought this through Smiley
