There are some problems now regarding USA regulations for buy back and burning tokens. Thats why Darcrus,Bitshares and other coins were delisted from Bittrex these days.

I also really appreciate the idea of the Zero-day Fund for buying critical vulnerabilities out of the grey market and the Accelerator for cybersecurity and blockchain startups.

Very specific marketplace... How big would this marketshare be? Even though hackers are fluent with cryptocurrencies, i don't know if this is big enough market for actually profiting from.
I think after recent big ransomware attacks, most companies are going to raise their security budgets to avoid data loss in the future. Have you read how FedEx lost ~$300M?

On page 30 with Addendum. Brief Analysis of Existing Vulnerability Research Crowdsourcing Businesses
they pointed the country for the project as "Estonia/Ukraine"!)
So maybe this means that the project also will be founded and regulated by Estonian legislation
which makes the project more secure and easier for doing business!!!

The Hacken token sale will be last for one month and mostly 80% of funds raised will kept in escrow account.
