This projects looks interesting and that promotional video is really well done. It's also great that some of the investments will go towards a cyber security community. Is the Q4 2017 launch for the Marketplace looking on track?
We are going to have Alpha version of the Hackenproof in the beginning of October. In fact we already have CTF platform, where our Hackit CTF is done. This year we had 1300 teams and around 5000 white hats working online at the same time.
Also, you will be able to see our capabilities during 23-30 September, when we bring 30 top white hats to Ukriane for bug bounty marathon.

Many people have already become victims of hackers, internet offenders who abuse their financial or personal data for personal benefit or just for fun.
Recently, one of three American credit bureaus, Equifax, announced that it had experienced a data leakage of 143 million American consumers. To understand the scale of the event, it should be noted that the population of The United States is about 320 million people.
By this move, attackers managed to steal the people’s full names, social security numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, and in some cases, license numbers. Although it isn’t the largest theft of data in terms of the number of victims, it can be called one of the worst in history due to the volume of important personal information that was stolen and presumably abused.

Hacking is definitely real and can impact people's lives negatively. Many people are unaware how easily they can be hacked. Their has also been many cases of large companies being hacked despite having IT departments. Hacking and Cybersecurity is a serious business and valuable knowledge.

Access to secured data, respect, money, and reputation. The only thing which is forgotten is the threat of violating the law and regulations, or in simple words, responsibility for committed actions. It could take different forms – fines, restrictions or even imprisonment. Do you still feel like a person who is just suitable for hacking something? There are two types of people. First are Hackers some times called white hackers who find vulnerabilities in the system but never use the system for illegal use. Seconds are Cracker some times called black hackers who find vulnerabilities in the system and use to profit themselves. Sometimes lines are very thin to differentiate one from the other especially if state, defence or governments involved. Access to secured data, respect, money, and reputation. You all know that Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued report that said that blockchain tokens could be determined as securities under U.S. law.
One of the methods to clear it up - Howey Test.
For those who aren't familiar, the Howey Test dates back to a 1946 Supreme Court ruling that established the basis for determining whether or not anything sold in the US, or to US investors, is a security.
The Howey Test is useful because it helps crystalize some of the most important aspects of federal securities laws into a relatively simple formula.
And we have good news -

We are going to have 4 out 6 keys for the funds release. 3 keys are going to be with the team and partners. 1 is going to be at law firm, one and big4 audit firm and one big name CS expert. We are at the stage now, that we finalize business plan. Only after when we agree BP with our escrow agents, we will disclose their names.
We are in talks with respectful universities in order to become partners.
For cybersecurity company - this CS business was, is, and will be full of outsourced process. Key element is to find client. In our homeland country our in-house specialists work with all major vendors - we have implemented their solutions on various projects - starting from Cisco to niche honeypots.
There are CS companies who proposed us to create partnership. But at this point I don't see big add value to do it, because it will put on us limitations and we will have to promote their products, which contradicts our idea.

We don't need major cyber security companies - we are building world marketplace for white hat hackers.To start a school one must not be a phd in education. This project is in initial stage but in future there should be more cyber security personnal in the team I expect.
