I think the idea is to work out the last few small bugs then really ramp up marketing. They recently hired a new marketing guy from what I heard. But first they'd like to have the new backend update out that speeds up MN dapp even more as well as fix some small issues on DEX like rounding issue and hopefully max button.

Halo does have it's own DEX, https://halodex.io and they are working on adding more coins as we speak. They just recently added flashcoin. The problem with a lot of the larger exchanges is they say they don't require a listing fee but they want a "Deposit" or a guarantee that you have X amount of trading or they'll keep the "Deposit", or they want a percentage of the token itself which is a joke. Most larger exchanges are running bots or have market makers. There is a ton of wash trading going on to create false volume.

As for team funds, they said they had plenty of runway for 2 years from ICO money alone. They also have the Archnode that gives them Halo at payouts to help cover overhead costs.

yes that is correct i'll give you that, BUT that is only the case for investors to begin with, which most have probably done.  halo needs new people and fresh money along with some market making volume, otherwise it is just another sleeping coin with what...1k people using it or that even care???

you guys have your own dex market yes?  i know you have some coins on it but more is needed.  can halo not get on other exchanges or is this as usual way to expensive? (exchanges are fucked to ask so much money to begin with).

it just seems from the outside that halo makes themselves appear bigger than they truly are, and maybe trying to take on too much at once.  i hope you have something concrete to show and get promotion, market volumes and price off the ground, if not it'll just stay dead. 

the REAL worry is with the dump in price, people don't wanna see another "oh sorry we're out of money, price dumped, we didn't manage our shit properly and we're closing up shop, sorry byyyeee".  if that happens........oh man........

- Rematch button stays visible at the end of a fight even if you don't currently have enough to fund it. Clicking the button brings up the dialog to get currency if you don't have enough.
- Fixed bug where flying dots can get stuck on the screen.
- Fixed bug preventing Ethereum won stats from appearing properly on player profile.
- Added mention of Ethereum on the "Learn More" dialog.

I would also like to point out that whatever price that CMC is showing currently is likely wrong or not accurate considering most of Halo's volume is on the Halo DEX here: https://halodex.io

HaloDEX should soon be listed as a market on CMC, just waiting for some API and backend updates which should happen this week.

Yea it's tanked like the majority of other coins. The only thing is, is that if you had reinvested your coins consistently from ICO then you'd have 3-4x the amount that you started with from rewards and that greatly offsets it. the swap was 800:1, but honestly the swap had nothing to do with price tanking, it's more or less the lack of new people being introduced to Halo, which hopefully changes soon. The team is amazing and the Halo blockchain is extremely under the radar, mainly because they didn't want to hype anything like Tron or Vechain did without having a product to show for it. Halo is one of the fastest blockchains out there and its free to send/receive. They have masternodes for actual rewards (unlike VTHO), games, and much more to come.

I think at some point the team is going to have to start hyping their product and getting more exposed since they have quite a bit done.

but......jesus fuck the price has tanked (even post swap or whatever it is you did to up the amt of coins).  right now this just looks like yet ANOTHER ICO bag for everyone to hold, like 90% of the coins launched in 2018! lol.  better get your market going or disappear into no-mans-land like so many others.   hoping you guys make it.

Thanks, I'm ready for the Halo, BTC, and ETH rewards to kick in. I forgot to mention that they are designing it to where all fees from the DeX will be given out to Masternode holders, so if someone buys Halo with Bitcoin off of the DEX, then they will take the Bitcoin fees and send them to the Masternode service fees smart contract to give to MN holders. Same goes for Ethereum and I think any other token listed on there.

I think they also plan on doing this with the games. So any commission or house winnings that are in ETH or BTC will go to the masternode holders as well.
