The Happycoin has collaborated with the Korean partner in order to develop the Happy Coin Entertainment which is the foundation of its business in term of entertainment and services in mobile payment under a brand Happy Coin Korea.

I can not see anything special about this coin and it's only simple coin which was born from the source of another coins.
To develop a new coin which can attract many people to use it , Dev needs to have some new technologies and special functions for it.
