The Harmony team is releasing the HRC-20 Governance as a next step into decentralized governance. This is intended for all projects that have their own HRC-20 token on the Harmony network, enabling them to have their own governance system.

If that will happen, that would bring back the pump again and might achieve a new ATH again.
One really surprised me, it had its struggle during the bear market, but it has easily recovered and create a new ATH.
