NO FEES means that you need to have some additional amount ( 1 coin is quite enough or even less) for tx fee. So if collateral is 4000 so you'd better have 4001 HLD or 4000.1hld
2nd masternode collateral tx is to be done this way:
Go
Settings->Options->Display
Check up "Display coin control features", then Apply, then Ok
Go to 'Send' Tab
Click 'Inputs...'
Check 'List mode'
Using Right Click lock your existing MN collateral coins that as they couldn't be spent for other tx.
Now you can make any txs.

Hey dev, what's the RPC port for Highland?
Edit: I've done a port scan of my PC and I couldn't find the RPC port. I've specified the following in my Highland.conf
But it doesn't work!

Guys we will be launching an AD campaign soon to drive new investors to the exchange and get them excited in the opportunity to purchase Highland coin. We have been working very hard in the background to come up with solutions that have been mentioned on this forum. In no way are devs trying to let coin get dumped. Trust what we are doing to drive investors to the Octeax exchange and use your own Facebook and Twitter accounts to get investors intrested in the coin. We are in exciting times and as a community we are looking at all possible ways to make this coin give early investors a good ROI.

This coin is a classic Dash clone going to zero fast. Nothing more to say. How many people get sucked in before then is up to them I guess.
Today we applied for a listing on the CB. Don't know how much time it will take them. They write that 7-12 days. 
As far as I know, there are already many project that offering the ability to be used as daily transaction tool.
And today, a project that can be used for daily need are still limited, most of the project are still making their way to collect for investors.
