Yes, you probably don't have an AES-NI capable chip.
I got 85h/s with i7 4770k Threads=4 Active
But I begin to 2 hours to miner I did not find it yet one block

What are you running with that hash?
probably a CPU that doesn't support AES-NI

First stop the miner though the Drop down menu..
Then open the Debug console and in the command line type
setgenerate true 2
or
setgenerate true 4
Number of threads, but is must be powers of "2" so 2,4,8,16,32
