There is no coin swap just use latest wallet 3.0.1 and download blockchain. You can use your coins normaly.

Basically, the hodl algorithm is not supported, and you have to write it
by your own.

Opening another pool for HODLcoin is a very good idea I think! I head somewhere that it is bad when one pool has all the blocks I would be ready to install one in Germany. Is there somewhere a guide for ubuntu 16.4?
