We've made this announcement only because we had an agreement but the listing was posponed. We're not allowed to provide more information now.
And do you mean that the only thing which is important is an exchange not platform? Why??

ICO 's are not regulated , so good luck . nobody in Hoqu or anyone else is indebted to you . they just bought tokens that can be used on the platform once they 're fully developed .

Thanks for the info. I hope we have some good news soon and we see the project in a bigger exchange.

Unfortunately, we will not see the top exchange, until there is a platform release. (We'll have to wait for the fourth quarter of 2018 at least). Because there is no sense in going out on them (only selling tokens because of the hype).
