Think that all will come into play later on, the coins haven't even been distributed yet, the list is not even complete and dev hasn't given an update either. Airdrop entry period would end a week after the opening post, so probably we'll get some news on or just after the 14th.

It's an ethereum token.
I think we will see HOWL specs soon.
