It turned out to be a scam? Angry

In my opinion this project simply cannot be labeled as scam. The developer never asked for money or anything. The worst that can be said is that project is maybe abandoned. We haven't heard from dev for quite some time. But on the other hand there is still almost a month left to first deadline. Only thing promised was release of the app on 28.11.

That's the main problem that Dev is not replying...its the responsiblity of Dev to give an update to all of us who are interested... he cant be that busy that he has not given a single reply since weeks...

I agree with you...  ppl received free money from developer, not like an ICO or crowdsale they buy for the coin.

this type of coin usually called community coin (like ebtc, omg, etc), so need more support from the community to make this bigger. because usually community is the most coin holder, the power is community.

i think  this coin and other community coin future  90% depends the community only 10% depends to dev.

I bought a round 400,000 Howl, before I knew that the Dev has not said anything in a while. But I would do it again, given the information at the time. It was very little spent, and if this turned into something, it could have been money very well spent. If not, I bought it at very little. Even if I had bought at the top, I understand the potential.

When it was at is highest you start thinking about how high it seems compared to before, but I could easily be lamenting that I didn't buy at that price if this is legit and it goes big. (By big I mean like a 20 million dollar market cap.)

People who bought Bitcoin at 15 cents lamented at the time that they didn't buy when it was 5 cents.

So for those who bought high, don't feel bad if the dev never shows up, you took a smart gamble that just didn't work out.

But hopefully this thing is still set and has a future, and the dev has good reasons for not commenting here.
I totally agree with you bro,  I mean your kind of mindset is the type every crypto investors should consider having,  of what use or change would it make lamenting over a spilled milk? There's a saying in my County which goes thus,  if you spend the Whole of today complaining about yesterday's mistake, tomorrow won't be different if you feel this is already a bad investment for you,  or rather, if for example howl project turns out to be scam as one of us here already concluded,  will your fuding in this thread change that fact? Of course not, my kind of person would just pretend the project never did exist and move on,  opportunity are everywhere,  when you spend too much time looking at a door that's been shut before you, you will never or will be late to see the ones that's been opened for you at your back or around you.. It's a simple fact

Dude this statement is so deep and it hit me in so many places, I really applaud you two for having this kind of mindset not a lot of people in cryptoworld thinks the same as you two do. I on the other hand is the opposite of the two of you, I tend to overthink on projects that I invested my time and money in and I tend to worry a lot about lost profits but these statements from you two, really helped me realize my mistakes. You're right there's no sense in thinking and complaining about what already happened, opportunity is everywhere, I don't want to miss out on great opportunities because I worry too much of the past. I gotta keep grabbing opportunities and keep on grinding cause life's too short to worry too much. Thank you so much for opening my mind, these statements really made my day.

I am pretty sure this project is dead now... HOWL is dead.. Dev has not answered anything since weeks..no update on signature campaigns...after promising a lot this is where we end...really sad
the dev does not need to communicate often, this project is backed by a true product not just words,
lets just wait for the date said by the dev.

Let's hope this is indeed the case, and there is something going on behind the scenes.

If indeed dev is not active anymore it means when its switched to that give hope better. hopefully Dev can still be kind and this project continues to achieve its goal and today I revoke my signature campaign  Cry

Last activity of the Dev was November 02, 2017, 05:51:09 PM but I think that is more important that I didn't found a whitepaper... I want to see how this project works, from there I will see if I will hold or directly sell my coins
indeed any information is needed so that we can know how a project can work and also manager need to update updates on their projects as well. will be very good if all can cooperation

There is two possibilites about this.

There won't be a mobile social application and dev decided to abondon Project.

Or

Dev won't talk before 28.11 and he will announce app. Probably he will buy back lots of howl with near 0 prices.

My thought it is the first but hoping the second one.

I completly agree with you... It was a gamble and most times the gamble goes wrong but when it goes right pays off all the failed ones... So yes it was a good gamble at the time with the info available... I just wonder who is still buying it and if they either know something we dont, and in that case its a bad sign that someone has insider info, or its just someone that doesnt keep up with the thread to know whats going on.

Either way the dev was active on the 31 of October and had no interest in giving any info to the community... At this point im moving on and wish everyone good luck with this one...

Take care and see you around

So I believe this is not a scam but just that Dev is busing in the project. Probably he dont have anything to share now.
But atleast Dev should address to the concerns of the investors.

I got an idea what devs are up to, though am not gonna say it here, but unbelievers and dumbers should know that a day is coming when they will look at howl in the market and bite their fingers

Let me see if i get this right... Your telling me that either i have faith in something i cant see or im dumb is that it? or were you trying to say " dumpers " ? Anyway i believe in what i can see and i have this stupid way of looking at something called FACTS... In truth, and you can believe in whatever you want, but the fact is that i translated the ANN to my mother language and the last message i got was " we will get back to you asap with the updated graphics " 20 DAYS AGO!

Well ok its their project not mine, so lets have a look at their last communication on the ANN THEY created... LAST POST ON THE ANN 19 of October and the post was " App beta will be ready on the 28th Nov. "

So let me just clear my position so you can understand it:

1 I do believe that if the dev team releases their app it will have a good potencial
2 I dont agree with the way the dev team handled their communication and user engagement ( but hey im just an investor, seems like this is not important at all for the project )
3 I did not sold 1 single howl that i got but YES im not putting 1 cent more without that stupid thing i call facts
4 I did not ever called a scam, what i did point out, and i will continue to do so, is the lack of technical information regarding their product
5 My only personal interest is to see howl grow but if it fails its just one more failed investment to me in many others that have success, so no harm done

I hope i was very clear on where i stand!
sorry , I meant dumpers

Right now , I've got nothing else to say other  than to just watch , no matter how far it may seem , 28 of November is just around the corner , then and only then ,we will know if this project was actually a scam ,until then ,I will keep believing n supporting, and this is not to say am in support of devs being silent ,I also get frustrated too cus I also bought some good amount of howl token with my money , but I was sensible enough to only put it in what I can afford to loose

Ohh i got it now... Yes of course like i said never invest what you cant afford to loose Wink anyway i understand your point and i respect it
