And how long have developers kept silence?
I think this will help "investors" to understand:
1. Hush was not and ICO, devs where not paid by your money , so you have no rights to request anything from devs.
2. Hush is being done by group of dev-friends. It's not a business project. All you can do is to respect that, and putting unnecessary pressure is just distraction for the team.
3. To sum up - if you come here to invest - no one force you to do so, yo ucant expect anything. Take the risk and wait or go out/dump anytime you preffer. Will take at least a couple of months for Hush to become a usable product, and maybe even 1 year to become popular.
4. What you can be sure it's not a pump and dump coin and not scam, and not simply a copy - paste like many other coins with higher market cap.
From reading on Reddit I gathered that the lead dev, David Mercer (radix42), either walked out on the team or were let go by the team, also noted this on the My Hush website. Friends, I doubt, nothing has been made clear on this topic. This is the second lead dev in short time to leave this crypto development.
Further reading on Reddit pointed out instability in the My Hush Discord channel where one user, Acidut, apparently turned the community against the developers… this is news to me.
The My Hush Slack channel, where I observe, has already been rolled by trolls and now it seems to be rampant in the other social channels as well, even a community-orientated development needs to practice control over the participating community.
To take additional notice that there were a temporary My Hush services shut down and that the My Hush team needs to secure new servers by the 29th has also opened more questioning by the community.
Reading the exclusive interview, part 1 and 2, done by Invest in Blockchain, published on November 29, clearly list the My Hush team where radix42 is still listed as the lead developer. Further reading into the interview did bring up that the known roadmap is void and that there are no estimated delivery dates. Furthermore, there is a planned ICO beyond the pre-mine to raise Zcash and HUSH where contributors will receive HushParty (XHP) tokens which will act as gas on the smart contract system.
Not to mention that there is an incoming ICO, also going by HUSH, which may or may not take away the popularity here in the marketplace.
I can only agree with your point 3 and 4.
There may still be a success here, but the transparency is lacking.
