Thank you for putting the circulating supply up there. HUSH has been one of my favorite coins to follow.

I've been looking forward to your project. Where can I join you in the ICO?

This one is not ICO...
You can mine it with GPU-s

I like the look of this project, will be keeping an eye on this one, see how things develop.  I just spent about 10 minutes reading about people getting confused about coinmarketcap reporting the total supply wrong.  Was an interesting read Wink

in the real world this coin just lost 50 % in value,

but we are in disneyland and the price per coin just went up a bit.

Nothing actually happened to the supply, just one website's accounting of it.

It's only half as undervalued as one would have thought by glancing at it on that site, but that still leaves it incredibly undervalued.

I don't understand what you two are saying, could you explain this to me  ?

I'm saying his statement would only be true if the supply of coins had actually doubled. Since that did not happen, the value did not change.

What I was saying was that if you were taking the previous (false) coin supply numbers reported by coinmarketcap at face value, then it would appear that the coin went down in value. But even if that were the case, it's still very undervalued.

For example; compare the market cap of ~4M to ZCash's ~400M. Even if you think 1 HUSH is only worth, say, 1/10th what 1 ZEC is worth, then 1 HUSH is still worth 10x its current price, as opposed to the previously perceived 20x.
OK seems rational, at least far more than what i understood. Anyway i agree with you.

Hello guys,

As many of you might have noticed the market cap grew a lot a few days ago, the reason for this is that Coinmarketcap has updated the circulating supply.
The circulating supply is static on Coinmarketcap because insight-API is removed. Hopefully Coinmarketcap will update the circulating supply more frequently.

I just saw the Hush coin on the list of SuperNET assets
the interesting thing it that they dont have any other zcash forks (only zcash and Hush)
so i believe it is for a reason. can be even corporation in long future.

Can anyone chime in on why coinmarketcap decided to get the supply correct now? This happened with another coin recently and I don't understand where they are getting their data from.

We have been reaching out to them to correct the total supply, looks like they finally decided to manually update it. I'm reaching out again now to find a way to programmatically keep it up to date

DNR ended up making a supply api for cmc to query for their feed. Took a while for them to get it going, but much better than adding nearly 1mil Hush to the supply randomly one day.

To those wondering why this matters, some are judging a coins worth on marketcap. Whattomine pulls their supply number from coinmarketcap.

Working on an api, older versions of insight had this, but it was removed since it was slow... Should have it in the next week or so
