Hmm... I do wonder, why people have reported 0 coins in the early blocks (that weren't orphans)?
Maybe, just maybe... That's a measure to prevent instamine?

Apparently the first 100 block reward was 0 so isn't really a instamine.

It should work after 1 minute

DO i have to add heavycoin.conf file, or anthing else

All i had to do was to start heavycoin-qt.exe and wait 1 min.
Meanwhile I played with the vote, cpu, ... Settings.
This on windows.
