That depends on the dev or team. It doesn't seem like english is their first language though. A little history of the team qualifications and a more concrete roadmap would be nice. If not then yeah it could just be they will market, advertise, and hope for a rise with their premine. This thread is kinda small, even if it did just start yesterday.
