Go to the github (https://github.com/LucentCoin/Lucent/releases) and use the config files (https://github.com/LucentCoin/Lucent/releases/download/v0.12.3.3/lucent_conf_updated_4_14_19.zip) to replace the config files in your wallet found under 'Tools' then 'Open Wallet Configuration Files' tab.

Change the passwords, save, and it will sync in about an hour.

I don't think there is an edge for this coin in the masternode market.
But if you can get your buyers, please live longer than most of the masternode projects.
