5% this means that your investment is back after 20 months, but then it is not true again, as when the highyieldcoin price is only worth a few dollars then it can take years, but if the coin price is worth a lot more then the original investment then it will be a lot less then 10 months. Interesting idea to link the monthy payment in BTC and to the highyieldcoin price, this should support the coin price a lot, as people when to receive a lot of money back from their investment.

Where will you be getting the money for the 5% dividend per month?
I will give a example:
ICO is bought for 100 BTC (this is $35,000)
48 apartments can be build for $10,000,000. Every apartment will give a average of $2000 per month as rent so that is almost $100,000 per month. After 100 months the whole investment will be paid.
What had HYC to do with this project? Nothing, as $35,000 is low when we have to pay $10,000,000. But with $35,000 HYC will own 0.3% of the apartment block, so meaning every month it will return $100,000 * 0.3%. But return will be paid based on HYC price and this amount will be given to the HYC owners. By having a real mortage schema, it is a coin that should keep his return, every month.

So basically if i understood it correctly, then when HYC is trading at 500 BTCs and everybody will deposit their coins in the special High Yield wallet (what of course never happens, but still), then 25 BTC will be paid out montly?
If HYC is worth 100 BTC then 5 BTC, if HYC is worth 40 BTC then 2 BTC
