No, beta phase for smart contracts and token shift won't likely come until sometime next year. We will enter the distribution phase on monday at 2pm est.ok, i'' wait to see a working use-case.

Yes we are ready. Binaries are compiled for ubuntu, mac and windows. Our pool provider requested a Monday launch so everything will be available for download on github at launch.
