You have an in game wallet shown in the bottom right of the screen, and a vault which can be accessed by saying !vault in game chat. You can move game tokens from your wallet and store them in the vault. You can say !crypto in game chat to see helpful information and request withdrawals. You can buy weapons and equipment by saying /guns in game chat. You can bind that to the B key for convenience by opening console and doing:
bind "b" "say_team /guns"

You can set withdrawal addresses on the !crypto page, but the game does not allow me to paste my address so I recommend using the console commands:
hyper_address
coin2_address

Helpful commands:
!vault_help
!crypto

Currently 10 game tokens are worth 1 HYPER (or 1 Coin2).

My in game name is Erkallys. I play on the EU server on GO. And on 1.6 I play on the server that is provided in the wiki.

On the CS:GO servers, how are earned the game tokens ? Because I've made some kills but I have just 1 token game. 20.000=1 HYPER so with 1 game token per game it will take an eternity...

That is how you earn game tokens. 20,000 do equal 1 HYPER currently. You can set a HYPER address and withdrawal on the MOTD page displayed when you join.

The problem is that I don't earn game tokens when I kill someone.

When Ignatius is next on he will be able to answer these questions. People do withdraw HYPER from the servers regularly so I don't think it takes an eternity!
