That coin is old and unrelated to this project.
The space MMO coin with market stabilization fund (this one) is HYPER. It has totally different specs.
The failed one from last year is hypercoin

HYPER will still have a stabilization fund and details regarding launch are coming soon
With the HYPER IPO, the fund will have BTC from the start for the buy side of the order book, so things are looking very good indeed.
