What we do now:
- during the talks with potential investors we have not reached agreement, but ICB is interesting to investor
- still we keep the 450-500sat price, encourage everyone to hold their ICB!

How we must registered new official site?
1. Registered new domain name and renew data (need donate)
2. Create new site in subdomain in ICB members site (please write me if you can help to this!)
3. Use old version until we will carry all revive procedures and price go up.
