I do not agree. It will take a little time for such a project mostly a real estate platform to showcase the purpose and efficiency of it. When that time comes, then everyone will get to know how good a blockchain-based real estate project is.

Maybe there are advantages and disadvantages of using cryptocurrency in Real Estate. But as far as I understand, it is more convenient once you use Muze platform and fast transactions in what ever services that you need in the platform.

I just find out also that they will also make sure to repair all reported bugs before they host another Muxe Online Tag Team Event in the future as they understand a lot of these bugs did make it harder to participate in the contest. MUXE is different from real estate project such as Atlant and Propy because MUXE has its own platform where the service provider such as architects, engineers and designers meet the needs client by their own marketplace.
