It is written on their website that ico still ongoing. 15 days remain to the end. I was sick of so many advertisements. But the advertisement does not seem to work. Before entering their website, I said they would make hardcap. But even they are not in the half of their way. It seems very difficult to make hardcap by gathering 3.0k eth. They crossed the softcap at least.
As i read today ICO Adverts got banned from Facebook and google ads , maybe thats the problem geting hardcap . Here is the information about Advertisment bans https://techcrunch.com/2018/03/14/google-announces-ban-on-cryptocurrency-ads/

But the good part is that they reached softcap , so nothing to worry about

;DBeluga is a really cool project! I have favorites this year among ICO projects, and among them there is Belugaa few more days and ico is over. I am looking forward to the start of the project and I hope it will be a great success. And we hope that the markets will be a little quieter again and the color comes green

Really? Thats it? No Inc. as advertised, just Beluga? No LLC neither?
I downloaded the alleged license and it says legal name: AIRGIG,INC. incorporated in Ontario, number 002203184.
1) it's proof that the advertised Beluga Inc doesn't exist: "What is the corporate structure? The IP is held in a Canadian corporation Beluga Inc. " (https://belugapay.com/faq.jsp)
2) Can't locate AIRGIC record, nor by name nor by corporate number: https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/scr/cc/CorporationsCanada/fdrlCrpSrch.html
3) Even if AIRGIG exists, it has no working product. There is simply nothing under AIRGIG.
When questioned, they use Espiral as reference, but Espiral never mentioned Beluga (there is no mention on their website), and on Beluga's whitepaper says they have "Binding Letter of Intent signed between Beluga Foundation to acquire all assets and rights to Espiral’s team and technology"....a LETTER OF INTENT, signed by a Foundation that DOESN'T EXIST YET.
Check out their github account, see for yourself and compare with other projects. They have nothing in there, not even their ICO smart-contracts.
When investing, be aware that you are putting money on a company that doesn't exist yet, has no working product, but a bunch of lies and advertisement (in my opinion).
The more you look at it, the more it smells.
