I've never participated in ICO before, so I'm curious as to what it'll be like when I purchase the BDG tokens. I read that the tokens will automatically be sent back to my ether wallet. Is that right?

Yes you are correct. You instantly get tokens to the wallet which you send ETH from. (must be erc20 compatable ethereum wallet).
The 15%, 10% and 5% represents the first three weeks that we give bouns tokens when participating in the crowdsale. For example its 1 ETH - 10 000 BDG. but first week with 15% it is 1 ETH - 11 500 BDG

ok..So theres an assumption that course provider wants employees from course. Ie MS will have positions for someone that complete MSCE
