Just what the doctor recommended for this red market. Hopefully, the flippening is about to happen
somehow the red market is needed too much weak hands need to clear them off
Yeah. With everyone and their grandma - sorry grandma - getting into crypto as the next getrichquickscheme, situations like this ensure that only people wo understand and see blockchain technology potentials stay in the game
I was part of the getrichquick squad, until I understood the greater good of blockchain. I think there should be more blockchain evangelism outside.

Plus it's safe and fast payment included. Are jobbers bound by any rules they have to follow? Say no relationship with employers for example.
Yes, jobbers are bound by smart contract rules agreed upon by both parties
What happens when a jobber fails to carry out a job? And is there a score count?
They automatically lose reputation point and have permanent feedback on their inability to fulfill the contract terms
Is it left to an employer to be the judge or score a jobber on a job done or not?

That doesn't sound fair. More like a permanent record. What if it was something outside their control
It isn't actually, but that's one way to make people(jobbers in particular) take this more serious

In a situation where it is the employer of labour that fails to fulfil his obligation... what will be the consequences of such actions
Think it's a mixture of smart contract solution and reputation demand - a permanent one

Can an employer and jobber go 15 years or more on an agreement? I mean a jobber working years for same employer or is there like a time limits or something?
The gig economy is a short-termed employment economy. However, I read somewhere in their WP that you can save your favourite jobber(s) and exclusively deal with them alone

I see now. So it's best to plan ahead and reflect it in the contract in order not to be caught unawares then?
Exactly. It's best to criticially examine the nature of the job, time, and effort required before committing
